The Partner Sales Manager is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving revenue through AB Tasty's partner and alliance ecosystem in France. This role requires building and expanding existing partnerships, as well as recruiting new partners. Success in this position demands a deep understanding of digital marketing technology, digital advertising technology, digital agencies, consultancies, and channel ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned Digital Agencies, Technology Partners, Global System Integrators, and other in-territory partners.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel across sales, pre-sales, services, support, and management to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Achieve assigned targets for net new sales growth through partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings.
- Develop and implement joint go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives to drive a pipeline of opportunities with partners.
- Continuously assessing, clarifying, and validating partners needs to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure partners are effectively enabled for both selling and delivering AB Tasty’s solutions.
- Lead solution development efforts that address end-user needs, coordinating necessary involvement from company and partner personnel.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Teams to align on opportunities and identify new revenue sources.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of channel and alliances sales experience in a complex, technology solution-selling B2B environment, preferably in the Digital Experience space.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing agencies, systems integrators, and web development firms.
- Proven ability to grow sustainable channel partnerships through strategic account planning and strong pipeline management.
- Strong work ethic with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing sales cycles from business champions to C-level executives.
- Excellent presentation skills with a professional presence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Outstanding and effective communication skills in both French (native level) and English (oral and written).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
