THE TEAM
You will join the close-knit Southern Europe Marketing team, which consists of three people based in Madrid and Paris. You will report to the Head of Growth for Southern Europe. You will collaborate closely with the local Madrid team of 10 people managed by our Sales Director and the wider marketing team of over 10 people led by our Marketing Director in Paris.
Stack: Salesforce, Pardot, Canva
Collaboration tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence, and more
Travel: occasional travel to organise events
YOUR MISSION
- Event organisation: plan, organise, and manage in-person and remote events/webinars in Spain and Italy. Be the main point of contact for event execution, working with local sales to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
- Content creation & localisation: create or adapt content (e-books, customer stories, blog posts, etc.) from French or English into Spanish and/or Italian, ensuring relevance and resonance for both markets
- Communication: own communications for the Spanish and Italian markets. Send newsletters, manage our social media channels (mainly LinkedIn), and build marketing nurture campaigns. Identify and leverage new external channels (media, partners, influencers) to promote AB Tasty and our solutions
- Website optimisation: support the web optimisation team in updating and optimising the Spanish and Italian websites
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker, with excellent written and verbal skills. Fluent English required; Italian is a plus
- At least 2 years’ experience in growth marketing or event organisation
- Highly organised, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curious and eager to deepen your expertise in growth marketing
