THE TEAM
As an Account Executive you will be the voice of AB Tasty for all new business opportunities in Canada and have a chance to build a territory and book of business from the beginning. You will be responsible for building relationships, prospecting new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle to hit quarterly targets. As an AE, you’ll be at the forefront of helping companies with testing, personalization and AI innovation to improve their user journey across a variety of industries. You will work closely with our Vice President of Sales, a solution engineer, and our partner, marketing and customer success teams to drive success and growth for AB Tasty. This is an opportunity to make an impact from day one!

YOUR MISSION
- Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - while promoting AB Tasty’s solutions and driving revenue growth across new business opportunities
- Establish and expand AB Tasty into the Canadian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VP and C-Level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts
- Working with and contributing to the development of our tech/agencies partner community
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts and partner closely with the marketing, partner and revenue operations teams to identify and develop high-potential leads
- Lead product demonstrations, collaborating with Pre-Sales Solutions experts to align AB Tasty’s platform with client needs and objectives
- Liaise with internal teams and external tech/agency partners to ensure seamless sales processes, including handling billing, legal, integration, and technical discussions
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing and relaying feedback to help enhance product offerings and customer experiences
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, with 3+ years of success acquiring new clients and driving revenue in a hunter role. Experience selling Martech SaaS to e-Commerce/retailers is a bonus
- Experience working at a global organization in a remote role
- Entrepreneurial spirit and rigor to build and advance a new market at AB Tasty
- Excellent negotiation techniques and you are used to dealing with decision makers (Heads of Marketing Departments and Product Managers) and confidence in building strong stakeholder relationships and managing multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle
- Eagerness to explore the MarTech industry, increase client satisfaction, and champion customer-centric improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Collaborative skills with multiple internal teams (not limited to: Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support and Product)
- Outstanding and effective communication skills (oral and written) in English
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and familiar with sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.)
