THE TEAM
AB Tasty, after acquiring Wandz.ai, is looking for a highly people-oriented, proactive Office Manager with excellent social skills, who naturally connects with people and creates a positive, welcoming office environment.
Working in the office in Ra’anana Monday–Wednesday, ideal for someone who enjoys being the heart of the office and making sure everything — and everyone — is taken care of.
YOUR MISSION
Own the day-to-day office operations- Responsibility of all administrative functions; Front office, office supplies, parking management, issuing of employee/visitors cards, cleaning,, repair & maintenance, etc.
Be the go-to person for employees and their needs
Foster a positive team spirit and great office vibe
Manage vendors, food supply
Organize a weekly happy hour and occasional social events
Handle office guests and visits
Support HR-related administration and general office tasks
